Oct 8 2010 Celebrating Denise's Birthday, might as well finish October Adventures.

Rita, Bradley and I met Denise at this restaurant "Gourmandise" around the cornor from where she works, to celebrate her birthday with her. They have great soups, salads and gourmet desserts.

Here she is opening one of her birthday gifts I gave her.

It's a fall flowers to put on her front door.
Rita had this pumpkin filled with hidden surprises for her.
Bradley loves to find funny cards to give. He was a fun brother for the girls to have.
The flash was too bright for my card to be seen.
We finally got down to ordering some of their good food. They had fun talking about old time
as kids growing up.
Then picking out some desserts from their gourmet display cases, they have a good variety.
We picked these three, we sampled them, we were almost too full to enjoy them. To enjoy a good dessert, you need to eat them first. I remember one time Loren and I was with Marcia and Ray in Lake Tahoe and we went to the Buffet restaurant and Marcia and I decided to head for the dessert bar first, just so we could enjoy them. And we did.
Last year we had Marcia here with us to help us celebrate Denise birthday. This year has passed fast. I am just grateful that we all passed though this year with many blessings.
After leaving the restaurant, Rita and I decided to drop by Gardener's Village to see their decorations. My next blog will be our adventures there.
Here's a picture of me pregnant with Rita, Bradley, Marcia and Denise. The girls got dressed alike a lot, cause I sewed for them and since I was making one dress from a pattern I might as well make two. Sometimes I would get different material.
