December 26 2010 On Sunday the day after Christmas.

Being Sunday Denise came down after Church bring me gifts I had fun opeing them.  We just got through playing Train Dominos 



Denise wasn't sure she was going to come, Don was sick and it was snowing up in Salt Lake, I told her it wasn't down here, so she came and one of the gifts she game me was this game we are playing called APPle to Apples, it was fun and she happen to win.  I  came in 2nd and  Kaitlyn wanted to win so bad.



I don't know who was taking the picture, but Casandra was trying to be in it.  Chris, Denise, and Me all waiting to get the game going.

It was so nice to have Denise come down and spend some time with us, it was to bad Don was sick,  so the boys Robert and Matthew stayed home with Don.

Jacob and Kaitlyn ready to use their Christmas gift they got from their grandma Marcia last night, Chris and Casandra gave me an electrical pot to boil hot water and we were in business.



Chris took over and fixed breakfast, eggs and bacon.




Julia was ready to help wearing her new apron from her mom.




Rachel working on a bead necklace she got for Christmas. We got that over with, cleaned up our mess and worked on guest to arrive in the afternoon for a late afternoon get together. 



Dec 25 2010 Christmas Morning

Marcia opens the door to Brian & Julia early Christmas morning.

We all gather down in the family room , it is decided that all gifts be handed out and each one take a turn to opening one.

Eric working on his pile of gifts, each of the kids  had gifts for each other and for each of us, they enjoyed watching us open gifts from them, it was fun getting them too.

December 23, 2010 Chris & Casandra family arrive.

    There was a little snow left from our big storm and the kids were excited to play in it.  There was a thin layer of snow in my back yard and they wanted me to come help them make a snowman.  We couldn't get much going, but they tramped around in it and and had fun.   Here is Rachel with a little drop of snow on her.

  Christmas eve Rita, Derek & Jeff and Brian & Julia came over to join us for soup and dessert, all their family was celebrating with their in laws.

      We had a little table set up for the children, after the good potato and Taco soup and hot rolls, we retired to the family room with the fireplace glowing and we each told of one our experience of a memorable Christmas we had in our young life. 

        Then Kaitlyn, Jacob, Rachel, Eric sang some Christmas songs     

for us.  Marcia lead them in some more songs.

         Then gave them all a gift to open, they all received their very own box of  Hot Chocolate mix.  Off they went to dream and hoping tomorrow would bring snow.
